Test the market. Validate demand.
Build long-term growth.
SCENA Market Access gives ambitious brands a way to test, enter and grow in a new market — from France to the UAE, from the UAE to France — without having to build everything from scratch.
Three waysto start.
Market Assessment
- Objective: Assess whether your project is viable in the target market — France or the UAE.
- Scope: Category and competition, brand identity and price perception, customer expectations, sales channels and potential partners, indicative pricing and margins by channel.
- Decision: A clear recommendation: go ahead, adjust the project or wait.
Market Entry Preparation
- Objective: Build the foundations of your brand in the target market.
- Scope: Positioning and messages adapted to the market, sales tools, channel choice, e-commerce and assortment scoping where relevant, product discovery and sampling strategy, budget, timeline and partner selection.
- Regulatory: An initial review of requirements and referral to qualified specialists — not a certification or a regulatory validation.
- Decision: Validation of the launch plan, budget and partners.
Launch & Business Development
- Objective: Coordinate the agreed actions with the selected partners and grow the brand from the results.
- Scope: Business development and retail prospecting, partner coordination, brand activations (concept stores, content creators, events) and logistics providers — within the validated project and budget.
- Deliverable: Operational follow-up, regular reporting, adjustment of commercial actions and recommendations on next steps.
Project-based, monthly or hybrid — the model is agreed upfront and depends on scope. No fixed fees are published.

Straight
answers.
Do we need to open a company in Dubai or in France first?
No. The point of Market Access is to test demand first, using existing e-commerce and commercial infrastructure. A local structure comes later — only if the market responds.
How long does a market test take?
A first test phase typically runs over a few weeks — often around 30 days — combining e-commerce, content, communication and acquisition. Then we read the results together.
How is Scena paid?
Market Access is performance-led: sales commission, business commission, revenue share or a hybrid of a light retainer and commission. The model depends on the product, margins, logistics and level of involvement.
Who is the importer, the seller and the merchant of record?
Scena runs the go-to-market and commercialisation. Depending on the product, the importer of record, VAT and customs, compliance, stock, returns and merchant of record are defined case by case with the brand and its partners. Scena does not import any brand by default.
What happens if the test works?
We build on it: pop-ups, distribution, partnerships, retail and, when it makes sense, a local setup.
Which markets does Scena cover for market entry?
France and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), with support into the wider GCC for companies already established in the UAE.
Do you work with both consumer and B2B companies?
Yes. Consumer brands usually need retail, distribution and communication work; B2B companies usually need business development, partnerships and local positioning.
Do you guarantee results or funding?
No. We build and execute a plan with you. We never guarantee sales, funding or investment.
Where are yougoing next?
Tell us where you want to grow. We'll explore how to get you there.
