What is SCENA Real Estate?
SCENA Real Estate is the property visualization and marketing line of SCENA Growth. It turns supplied architectural plans into still visualizations, property films and sales content for developers, agencies, architects and investors.
How does AI real estate visualization work?
We analyse the plan, define an art direction, generate still visualizations with AI-assisted tools, check each frame against the plan, then animate approved frames and edit the film. Generation is one step; direction and quality control are the rest.
Are the visuals architecturally accurate?
SCENA creates creative visualizations based on supplied architectural documentation. These assets are intended for marketing and pre-sales presentation and should not be treated as technical construction documentation.
What do you need from us to start?
A floor plan (PDF, PNG or JPG) is enough to start. Elevations, material choices, existing renders or a 3D model help us stay closer to the project.
Is SCENA Residence a real project?
No. SCENA Residence is a fictional creative concept made to demonstrate the workflow. It is not a client project and not a property for sale.
